I had the second-worst experience with a nurse that I have ever had. When I mentioned to Lee that I was nervous to be out during the pandemic, he looked at me like I was crazy and said, "Don't drink the Kool-aid." He was extremely rude and unprofessional. In addition, the people at the front desk kept taking their masks off when a patient wasn't in front of them. One woman even took hers off while speaking directly to me.
RecommendedDr. Bumpus and her staff are absolutely lovely and competent professionals. As an RN at UTMC, I have often listened to her patients speaking so highly of her care for them. When my diabetic father had cellulitis come up on his big toe, Dr. Bumpus was the first person I called. She took him in as a new patient promptly and really attended the entire issue. We left her office confident and satisfied. Thank you beautiful people of Knoxville Footcare for taking such good care of my dad!❤️

Dr. Bumpus is a great doctor. She keeps on top of everything even when things go wrong. The staff is the greatest and try to be so helpful.
