Our Jeweler – We have been purchasing diamonds and jewelry from Brian Knox for almost 15 years. Their customer service and attention to detail is superb as is the quality level of everything they sell. We just picked up a beautiful diamond journey pendant for my birthday last week. Brian and now his sons are excellent at what they do but more importantly they sincerely care enough about customers to give customers honest advice even at the expense of a potential sale and that is why we will be lifetime customers.

custom design experts – Knox Jewelers is the only place to go for custom design rings. Ryan is a phenomenally talented designer and is unbelievably patient and helpful in the design process. Ryan helped me all along the way giving excellent advice (advice even to save me money) The acid test of course is in the finished ring and the quality of my ring was impeccable as was every other ring that I looked at Knox. EXCEPTIONALLY UNIQUE JEWELERY – The knowledgable and patient service received with kNOX jEWELRERS was the best I have ever experienced. Their uniquely designed jewelry is some of the most beautiful I have seen. I would highly recommend them. They give you the personal service that you can only receive at a small, locally owned business as opposed to a national chain where you are working with sales associates that don't have a vested interest in their business.
Knox Rocks!! – Knox Jewelers put together the perfect ring for me. We shopped everywhere, local to us (Fargo, ND) and the twin city stores, nobody had anything nearly as nice. We drove down from Fargo, ND last weekend after seeing my dream ring on their web site. Brian Knox had the ring and matching band sized and ready for us yesterday when we drove down to pick it up.
