Best Jeweler – I would highly recommend Knox Jewelers to anyone. They were amazing in creating the ring I wanted. I got to view it digitally before it was completed. That was an incredible extra in their awesome customer service. Their prices are extremely affordable. Honestly, you can't pass up visiting them and exploring your options. I know I'll be back to make more purchases!

Great ring and great service – I am very pleased with the service I received at Knox jewelers. Ryan was always prompt and straight forward with responses to questions. I had a tight deadline on delivery of the ring, and they got it done with time to spare. In addition, my fiancee LOVES the ring, and her only complaint is that it is a distraction wanting to look at it all the time. I would recommend this jeweler to anyone without reservation.
Excellent service! More trustworthy than stores I could walk into. – My finance and I ordered my engagement ring from the Web site after speaking to Brian. We had been to several stores in our own state but the uniqueness of the design was not matched nor was the service. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable. Fantastic service, excellent quality custom jewelry – I purchased my fiance's engagement ring at Knox, and afterwards I wouldn't go anywhere but Knox for our wedding bands. Brian and Ryan Knox are both incredibly patient and fast. They quickly provided me with beautiful CAD renderings of the rings that looked exactly like the end product, there is no surprise in what you are getting. Great friendly customer service and value – Couldn't be happier with the service and attention that I recieved from Brian at Knox Jewelers. He took the time to find the perfect diamond for the engagement ring I was purchasing for my wife to be. Based off of the experience we had, not only did I buy my wife's engagement ring but we returned for our wedding bands and referred our friends for their engagement/wedding rings as well. A pleasure to do business with – So far, I have purchased my wife's engagement ring (a round diamond in a platinum cathedral setting), both our wedding bands, and a pair of diamond stud earrings all from Brian. He's been incredibly easy to work with over the net from MA, and all of the jewelry has been top-notch. Wonderful – My fiance bought my setting from Brian Knox. He was able to find the setting for us. We found this obsure setting at a small local store. When the piece was priced as a custom piece we tried to look for the setting elsewhere. My family has purchased jewlery from Brian Knox for the past 20+ years. Three generations of wedding bands, earrings, pearls and diamonds. Brians attention to my needs are 2nd to none.
