Unique rings, great service – Knox is great. Their rings are beautiful (even more beautiful than in the pictures). The service is great and they accommodated my needs for fast fitting, processing, and shipping. She said yes, and loves the ring. CitySearch, on the other hand, can kiss my butt. I wrote a longer review but when I pressed DONE it brought me to the login screen and lost everything I had typed, so this one is short and sweet.
Absolutely gorgeous diamond rings!! Best customer service anywhere!! – We have been very pleased with Knox Jewelers, so we came back for more! We recently purchased 3 diamond rings online from them. Knox Engagement Rings – My fiance and I went to Knox Jewelers to look at engagement rings. The custom design they offer and their up-do-date computer program to create the design of a custom ring are both impressive. The Knox's customer service was also great. However, we were not impressed with the quality of the final product compared to other jewelers in the Twin Cities area.

What every engagement ring buying experience should be – I was highly impressed by the genuine kindness and helpfulness of the Knox staff who helped me pick out a sapphire and find a semi-custom design for an engagement ring. The price range is great for those looking for engagement rings and who want to shop local and support a small business. The City Pages reviews were spot on, and I feel compelled to add mine. I'll definitely be back for other custom work and anniversary presents, earrings, etc.
Outstanding originality, and attention to detail. – I purchased a custom engagement ring from the gentlemen at knox, and I must say it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had in a retail transaction. Brent was very happy to help, and answer any questions I had. I felt very comfortable and I appreciated their low key approach. No pressure here. Patient custom design process – Ryan and his family were great in working with us to create two rings in time for our wedding--an engagement ring which incorporated diamonds from Canada (our request to guarantee 99% conflict-free)--and a gold wedding band that incorporates my mom's wedding band.
