I thought I had eaten good steaks until I was fortunate enough to have dinner here. The food is on another level. Chef John Tesar is right there working to make sure everyone gets what they came for. Hands down the best steak I have ever eaten. If you are in the Dallas area, don’t pass up a chance to eat here!
Get the bacon tasting, it’s a wonderful experience. Danny and Gio took amazing care of us and we enjoyed every single bite of food.

Meh. It was our 30th anniversary and I made reservations a few weeks ago. Showed up on time but we were advised our table wasn’t ready (by the absolutely worst hostess tandem ever) however, while we were waiting, two people and then three were seated ahead of us. Had the Tuna Tartare, Avacado Fries, and the Filet. The service was perfect. I would have given it a 5 but my steak came out med-well when I ordered medium. It was still delicious. I didn’t say anything and I am certain they would have fixed it but I had no time.
Everything was excellent every suggestion that was made was spot on. I highly recommend.
Outstanding meal, we stepped out of our Plano bubble to try something new and could not have been any more pleased with Knife. Our food was outstanding, presentation was also fantastic...my wife is a very picky eater and she enjoyed everything. The atmosphere is very cool, outstanding service and I feel for the quality of the food it was reasonably priced also! We are looking forward to going back soon with friends.
