In June of 2014 I had a combination of leg, groin and lower back pain. It hurt to lift my leg and tylenol did not stop the pain. Was able to get an appointment the day after I called Dr. Knecht's office. As a new client, I got there a few minutes early to fill out some paperwork. He called me back exactly at my appointment time, a welcome change from other doctors. Would you recommend this chiropractor to others? I Already Have Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes, they really focused on it Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Were this chiropractor's adjustments gentle? They were somewhat gentle, but I wasn't impressed Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me Was this provider's office too cold? Yes, I was freezing Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do Does this provider remember you by name? This chiropractor and the staff is personable and very professional. I like his method of trying to align the spine slowly. By aligning the top vertebrae, the lower will align over time. I believe his method of care is called soft touch chiropractic care. He explains what he does and answers all questions to the best of his ability. He will even explain back exercises that can be done to strengthen the back.
