Knaup Apartment thanks everyone for their review of the property. Knaup Apartment has been providing high quality apartment for over 50 years. 210 lake Street now features a new steel roof. Anthony Burhite did not rent or attempt from Knaup Apartments. This review does not belong here.
Put money down for a deposit without signing any lease or anything besides application and Pete has told me he refuses to give it back to me, it was 24 hours later that i decided that I didn't want it and they refuse to work with me. I have heard tons of stories now of them screwing people over. Please avoid this place, there are plenty of other apartment buildings in town better ran. Please avoid these thieves. I gave them $600 and now I am out that. As of right now I am seeking legal council.
