I rented a property from Kline for 9 years. I was never late or missed a rent payment. I decided to move because the rent was constantly increasing and the unit was to small. I never called with an issue. I would fix it myself. Before I moved out, I received an email from them saying if I stayed they would paint and replace the blinds because of the time I have lived there. my blinds weren't damaged. You could start by fixing a property that you are leasing to a family. I would love to share the photos of the burnt electrical outlets, the patch jobs on the floors, the collapsing roof, the holes in the soffits, the SCREEN window used to keep vermin out of the broken window to the crawlspace by you don't have that option. So for now, I'll share them publicly on my own page for the tenant that pays the rent but only gets a tent in return.
