Excellent product, service and people. Very happy with my new vehicle and Klein Auto! Brad Cupp is one of the "stars" at Klein. He was very helpful in my auto shopping endeavor and went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction of his product and services. I'm very happy with my whole experience at Klein Auto. Glad we checked at Klein's From follow up to our email note and signing the final paperwork the Klein Auto people were great to work with when purchasing our van. Lyndsey made sure the vehicle was ready for us when we came to check it out and Matt did a great job of walking us through all the features of the van. It was worth the drive to purchase our van from Klein Auto.

Also with the extra effort and time you had to put in straightening out the whole license plate mix up i had going on for the past 10 year. Lol still smiling about that.
First Class start to finish Found a truck online and was blown away by the customer service and no pressure at Klein. Brad stayed late on our first visit and never hurried us. He kept us relaxed and we were able to take our time looking at the truck. I have to say Randal kept my wife and I laughing the whole time we did our paperwork. Great experience, far better than other large auto dealers I've dealt with in the past.
