My 1st ever new truck. All staff was responsive to all reguest and made sure we were comfortable while waiting on paperwork. Also very personable and hometown people. I like that. poor customer service we are surprised by the poor attention to detail from the customer service team at this dealership, we never thought to check the reviews first, i will be doing that in the future. the other thing that stood out was when we brought up another chevy dealer in the area, he had told us this dealer didnt heve good mechanics or enough of them, its not often a business will do that to another business, we were taken back by this. even though we shared a story with him about that dealer in small talk he also m... read more

Quick Body Repair Although it was not a major repair to be done, it was enough that it was estimated to take three days. Not even close!!! Dropped it off at 8:00 on a Tuesday and had it back by 5:00 PM the next day. Efficient service and job!!! This is they type of service that I have come to expect from Klein Automotive and they never let me down!!
