Normally I'm a Ford Girl My beloved Ford Explorer had a slowly dying transmission after years of doing a rural mail route. It was time for me to buy an everyday ( non mail route) vehicle. We were just browsing car lots that day and decided to stop in. Test drove a Chevy Equinox and that was it. Drove home that day with a 2013 Equinox. Everyone was so kind and helpful!
bummed was told one thing, looked forward to next visit, but service staff had no memory of our conversation months earlier , or did they even try to look me in the eye .

Purchase of 2014 Chevy Equinox After checking online we decided to go to drive the 45 minutes to Klein, and we are so glad we did! There was no "schmoozy" salesman stuff going on. Just honest, upfront pricing. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We love our new ( to us) car, and will visit Klein first when we need to buy another car.
Purchase of 2018 chevy equinox sept 2017 This is the only dealer we go to for our vehicle needs. We'll glad drive the 45 minutes! Great vehicle selection. Knowledgeable , patient, and friendly sales and service people, plus a great service center. Any issues we had with new vehicles have always been taken care of promptly! Seriously when you visit Klein, they treat you like family. Plus we always feel like we get a fair deal on vehicles.
