Friendly and knowledgeable! All of the employees at Klein were very friendly and made me feel like I had been dealing with them for years. Kurt went over the entire vehicle with me explaining how everything worked. ( The vehicle I was driving is a 1999. Technology has advanced so much over the years.) He also said to call him if I had any other questions. Randy made the financial process simple. I look forward to having my new vehicle serviced here.

I couldn't be more pleased! Great customer service!! I felt very comfortable. Ron and Kurt were very patient with me as I was trying to figure out what vehicle would be best for me and my needs. Rick worked to get me the best deal, and Randall made the paperwork process was a breeze! I never felt rushed or pressured, just very comfortable and relaxed! Very polite and helpful They help you anyway they can ask you about what kind of vehicle you're looking for and your needs they're not just trying to sell you a vehicle I bought several Vehicles already from them and hadn't had any problems so I'm going to keep going back and buying them from there

Fantastic Customer Service and Quality Vehicles I went to Klein's to pick out a new vehicle and Kurt took the time to show me all the vehicles they had to offer. I really liked the Jeep and Kurt let me test drive a variety of Jeeps before I decided I really like the Cherokee. Great place It was an awesome experience. Everything went really smooth. They stayed late for us when we came in to look at a car that I found online. When we went to pick it up they had it all ready and we where out the door quickly.
