Great Customer Service and willing to go the extra mile Matt is always willing to go the extra mile in looking for the vehicle you want at the price point you need. I spoke with Matt on late Friday and he had worked up what I needed before noon on Monday. In addition he managed to secure all of the incentives I needed to get me into the price range I wanted.

Wonderful Experience! Let me tell you I had a roller coaster of a day when I bought my car! It all started when I found my vehicle online...like any other buyer in the market I called to set up a test drive- low and behold there was another potential buyer on their way! I packed my kids up in record time and got to Klein Auto. As we were entering the building we held open the door to another customer to find out it was the potential buyer who was coming to see the same vehicle- what was the odds!? Easy to talk with We knew the vehicle we wanted. Josh Effenberger was the sales person. Josh carefully answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer, he found the answer. The entire staff at Klein was super to work with. Picked up our vehicle and everything was in place. Too easy to buy a vehicle from Klein. No haggling, or checking with manager for approval every few minutes. Thanks.

Excellent Customer Service. I started out looking online for vehicles. Klein Chevrolet had great prices and the model of vehicle I wanted to look at. I was greeted by Kurt when I arrived at the dealership. The actual car I was interested in was not there(2016 Impala). I asked Kurt about it and he said he would check on it. To my surprise they had it at another lot up the street and he went and got it without hesitation.
