We moved to kitterman Woods a few months ago, I must say this we love it here... no its not perfect but it isn't the staff, they work very hard to keep it beautiful.... my only issue is outside fixtures have to be cleaned. you have some tenants that don't clean up after there dogs. !!! Clean up after your dogs people you are so fortunate to have no dog restrictions here do the right thing. As for some tenants ... pick up after yourself also. Kitterman Woods keep up the good work.
That place is terrible i dont recommend this place to nobody ....
There's a bunch of crazy people that live here, people beating on doors for 30 minutes at 4 o clock in the am screaming someone's name, the police showing up .... Rent is way to high ... Definitely over priced and overrated ‼️‼️‼️‼️
I'm going to miss the maintenance crew (Dave, Harrold, Luis and Damian). Always courteous, prompt, dependable and willing to go that extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I will miss Ms. TERRI IN THE OFFICE. (Always smiling) I had to move because I needed a bigger place and one want available. TOP NOTCH PEOPLE... :)
