HORRIFIC! My daughter was attacked. By a vicious dog because the staff doesn’t enforce any leash rules! They also don’t enforce any rules making tenants pick up after their dogs. ALSO NEVER have any parking. I’m tired of getting off work after a long day and waking half way across the apartment complex to get home because they don’t have assigned parking and let anyone park there. Will be moving as soon as my lease is up. AVOID!!!
This is the second hurricane I've lived through in Kitterman Woods. Not a single issue, these places were built right!!!
I have lived here almost 6 years and I love it HERE. My family and I appreciate how the office staff attends to your needs no matter the issue. They are always willing to help and provide top notch service. I highly recommend this complex. Also my favorite part of this place well among other things is our main pool. I feel so relaxed and at hone here. Thank you @ the staff of Kitternan woods for making our house a hone!!
My boyfriend lives here and we like his apartment. The only thing negative that I can think of is a ton of bugs at night right by the lights on the stairs. The apartment itself is super nice on the inside.
I just moved here in October and I love it so far! It's a beautiful complex and everyone I've met is friendly I love that there is no weight or breed restrictions. Huge tub, good sized kitchen and a pantry! We had a problem with our door and after notifying them it was fixed the next day! My only complaint is with the residents who don't clean up after their pets… especially if you have a huge breed and your dogs poop is the size of my 9lb dog… and it poops twice in the same area.
