I wanted to recommend KW. Initially we loved it there. But when you raise the rent on a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1100 sqft apartment by $250 making it $1700 plus I just can’t tell anyone to move here. Our rent started out at $1550 last year. I mean $250? $1800 with pet fees. I could rent a house for that. And I did just that!!
This place is a joke good luck getting someone to answer the phone or not lie about emailing you or having someone call you back.
RecommendedMy husband and I moved to Kitterman Woods in March and we love living here! So does our fur baby she loves that the dog park is so close! The maintenance guys are amazing any time that we had a small issues they fixed it within a couple days. The office is amazing and so accommodating with having answers for all of my questions! They also always have treats for the dogs which is a nice little touch!
I love Kitterman Woods! Love my beautiful apartment! We have been here going on 10 years. The grounds are beautiful and kept clean! The staff is so friendly and always helpful. Also the maintenance staff are awesome, professional, respectful and great at what they do. Thank you Joey and Frankie for everything! You guys rock!
My husband and I absolutely love living here! We have a pit bull and a cat and they love it here as well! They have an amazing dog park and great lit walk ways at night so you always feel safe. It’s very quiet here except for the occasional dog barking off in the distance but that doesn’t bother us at all. They have great yard and building maintenance as well. We love it here and are so glad we found this place for us and our animals!
This is the best place I have ever lived. They are super friendly and are so nice to my dog. If you have a dog check them out.
