Amazing staff. They go through everything with you. And they did a customized job on my earring. I felt a little light headed after and the staff did an amazing job of taking care of me and getting me water. I should have eaten before getting my ear pierced. I love that there is a store in Kalamazoo as well.
Very friendly, knowledgable, and thorough staff! It was clean and I appreciated the time they took with me to customize exactly what I wanted! The jewelry options were also great quality. I highly recommend! :)
Yesterday i got my lip, nose, and rook periced and justin did such a phenomenal job! Very nice and friendly and so was the other staff members, very honest and very professional. My pericing accedently fell out and they offered to even re perice it for free AND give me store credit! I might live 45 mins away but i will definitely return to kitten flower boutique
I Brought my daughter here for her industrial piercing (her first piercing). The staff were knowledgable & very kind. Kaitlin (with Ashley) did her piercing and we couldn't be happier with the quality & service! They explained everything to her in detail & talked her through the entire process. Very impressed & comforted by the professionalism of everyone we encountered!! Very happy customers, we are!!
The staff was very friendly. Just awesome. We will be going back.
