I researched piercers in Grand Rapids and chose to check out Kitten Flower Boutique. I called them on the phone first and was blown away by their knowledge, customer service and professionalism. I took my boyfriend in to get his ears pierced (10g) and mine stretched to 14g. While the expert piercer set up a private room to pierce/stretch the receptionist explained the process and after care. Wouldn't go anywhere else to get pierced except maybe their Kalamazoo location. Jake was so patient with me and my nerves. He did an excellent job on my septum!
I got my nose pierced back in January and I went in today to change my stud up for a ring. Beautiful selection of jewelry, and the staff is fantastic! Every time I come in all of you have been so welcoming and helpful. No better place or people to get pierced by than Kitten Flower Boutique.

Kitten Flower is professional, the staff educated and informed, the shop clean. My piercing was not only fast and efficient, but done with a sense of humor too. :-) Definitely coming back!
