First off, super LGBT friendly, which is awesome. Trevor and Hunter were very real with me about placements and very understanding to my previous problems with healing. I was pierced by Hunter and they were not only very kind and patient they were also very thorough to give me the best experience possible. I had a great experience today. Great customer service!! I went in for a dermal piercing, I was taken very good care of.
I took my almost five-year old daughter in for her first ear piercing today. Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable. Zach, Justin and Julia were all so sweet and kind to my daughter. They took the time to ensure proper placement of the earring on each ear. They had a piercer on each ear and she didn't even shed a tear. It was a really great experience and I'd recommend this shop a million times over.
Trevor at the counter, Hunter the piercer. Both kind, professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. Hunter did a great piercing job! My first facial piercings. Done quickly and painlessly. Also felt safe as it was a very clean and sanitary environment.
Awesome experience! Jodi was super informative and helpful right when I came in, and she helped me find the right jewelery (which was hard to pick because they were all beautiful). Justin did the actual piercing, and he was great. He kept me informed on everything happening. He had a great personality, and kept me comfortable. I'll be back!
