Originally got a surface piercing by Zach (who is awesome!) and then got it removed by Pat earlier today, who is also awesome! Both times I’ve been here it has been a good experience. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and super helpful - they can basically answer any question you have. I like how they take the time to listen to your needs and concerns - especially if it’s your first time getting pierced! Overall, they just make you feel appreciated as a customer and I love that. Would recommend this place to everyone!

We had a great experience with Trevor! My daughter had her piercings done at a different shop and one hole was infected. He cleaned her piercings and changed out her jewelry without charging extra to do so. We highly recommend Kitten Flower for any piercings you are thinking about. Very clean, very professional and excellent customer service.
Great place with great service. I am an athlete and I have to take my piercings out regularly. The people who work there are honest with you and give you their opinion even if it means you not buying anything or coming back later. I will be returning after the season is done
I went to Kitten Flower for the first time today and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They had an excellent selection of jewelry, as well as an awesome movie selection while I waited for my jewelry to sterilize. I highly recommend them for any piercing needs, I know I will be a returning customer.
This is not the place to go if you want quick, cheap piercings. But if you want patient, expert advice; sterile environment; and superior quality, custom made jewelry, this is your place. Melanie and Justin were incredibly patient with my 14-year old daughter, despite how busy they were, and gave us sound advice to help her make responsible decisions that she is very happy with now. Thanks, guys!
