Our 7.5 year old daughter has been wanting her ears pierced for a very long time now. After a boat load of research, many visits, and 1,000,000 questions later. The staff is so personable, kind, and genuine. The establishment is clean, bright, and immaculate. You see immediately that the staff pride themselves on a welcoming, yet sterile, environment. This was the only place we wanted to bring our daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. She was very nervous and everyone was extremely supportive. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
I just brought my 7 yo daughter here get an ear re-pierced that had closed up. It was calm, comfortable, and easy. No tears, or even a flinch. Great staff!
