Not that I don’t recommend them. Very disappointed. Lots of good reviews, so I decided to call them up to have my daughter who’s 5, get her ears pierced. She’s been waiting for a long time to get these done. I made the appt and we had to wait almost 2 weeks to get in. No one ever confirmed appt with me but called the NIGHT before and said your appt was moved an hour later bc someone else took my time slot bc I didn’t give a deposit. Huh??? Deposit?? The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and they genuinely care about their customers! I got my first ever piercing here in July (nostril) and then my septum done a week ago. My nostril was done by a guest piercer and healed pretty quickly. I was nervous about piercing my septum, but Kenzie walked me through the process while cracking jokes to ease my anxiety. I’ve already recommended Kitten Flower to several others. I just love this place and I can’t say enough about the wonderful people and comfortable atmosphere!
My 7 YO daughter had 2 bad ear piercing experiences, so she was very apprehensive but still adamant about getting her lobes redone. Julia and Trevor were so patient and kind, taking their time to explain every step to her. She went through with it and she is on cloud nine! Thank you for your patience, precision and expertise.

My daughter and I both got nose piercings here. Our experience was great. Staff was friendly and we didn't feel rushed through. They took the time to answer all our questions and gave lots of good after care tips.

RecommendedMy first time in a shop for piercings and I loved it! I’ve been told by several people that this is the best place to get pierced, and it is! The staff are very helpful, and make sure that whatever you come in with you are comfortable with and that your body is able to handle the placement. Very professional, and best selection of jewelry I’ve seen!
I took my 6 year old daughter there to get her ears pierced. They were amazing with her! Spoke through the whole process and talked to her as a person. It was great. I got a rook piercing at the same time and again, they took their time and again, they were amazing. The piercer, I believe Trevor, also talked to me about future piercings. I will go back when I decide to get more.
