This place is phenomenal. I went in earlier in the week to price out getting my septum pierced and look at their jewelry. Everyone I spoke with could not have been more helpful and nice. I went back in today and just got my septum pierced. Zack did an amazing job. I could not be happier with my experience.
Went there earlier today to try to get re-pierced before heading to the beaches of Puerto Rico. Justin was at the counter, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I happened to mention that I was going to be on vacation in a couple of weeks. He refused to pierce me, explaining that the swimming especially in salt water would make the new piercings have very high risk of complications of healing and infection. This is pretty much the ONLY place you should ever venture into for piercings or some new jewelry! The selection is amazing (I seriously felt like I was in a high class jewelry store), prices are very competitive, BUT the customer service and actual care of seeing your piercing is successful is definitely top notch! To me, great customer service is everything! In my opinion Whitney and Hunter are pretty much the best two people to work with ever!!! #allthepiercings #goodvibes
We brought our granddaughters in for ear piercing and although very impressed with the customer service and how they were with the girls we were shocked at the price. I was not prepared or expecting to pay over 200 dollars for to little girls to get their ears pierced. I feel the cost was way over priced and really unfair. I feel like it is a shame since I thought this would be the best place to go.
