My first trip to Philly in a few years landed me here with a herd of fellow fans of the book by Diana Gabaldon, "Outlander". The author was in town doing a lecture and book signing and those in this particular online book club wanted a place to meet before the event. The restaraunt is smaller but they fit us all in. I worked with the Manager, Jim to plan a huge luncheon for a fan group who were going to the Free Library for a book signing in the evening. Our luncheon was excellent. Everything went so smoothly. The food was excellent, the service was excellent. Our group felt comfortable and welcome. I felt lucky to have found such a wonderful restaurant to work with, given the size of our crowd (roughly 70 people). Jim was a dream to work with, we had constant communication over logistics, weather and menu.
