Awful service. Kirklands lost my business today for both pest control service and terminate bond and treatment. Not only do they not show up for appointments but also don't seem to want to perform pest control services until after they have an annual contract in place. I told them I would sign the annual contract at the same time they came to perform the treatment but apparently this goes against their policy and couldn't accommodate me. Horrible service have had ants the whole winter. Lady who answer phones make excuses but won't get someone out to help.
I was called to schedule a termite inspection last week. Scheduled for this morning at nine. I called kirkland's at 9:15, and was told that no one had called me (I have a record on my phone!!) And that the tech wasn't even coming on to work today. Last year, the tech didn't call ahead and left the bill claiming he's been in my crawl space while I was gone (it was locked!!). Termite renewal is obviously NOT a priority for Kirkland's!

Our technicians set up their own appointments and unfortunately, he did not relay your appointment to another technican due to his unexpectant absence. I am not making excuses for this miscommunication on our end...it was our error and we are very sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you.
