I have been having my house serviced for almost a year. I have a problem with brown recluse spiders and they came and did a whole routine of putting powder out and basically bombing the house that cost me a lot of money. I'm seeing even more brown recluse spiders than ever before. I've sent them pictures and told them of the problem. They came and sprayed one extra time and it has done nothing. Made an appointment for a specific time, but they come whatever time they please. They even left a receipt on my door for services provided that were not provided.

We started a 3 month contract in February and it’s now up, and we’re still seeing roaches. I called to get someone to come back and spray again, like the technician instructed, and was refused service because my contract was up. I was not allowed to speak with a manger, and the woman on the phone was very unprofessional (Kate?). She even told me “we’re done here”, brushing off my complaints completely. I am SO pleased with my service! I just started it today and the technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He worked in the house quickly, took care of things outside, and let me know what he found and the solution in a way I could understand. Will definitely continue with Kirkland’s!!

The very best service I have ever received. Loren and Josh have been wonderful and amazing every step of the way. The experience of needing an exterminator in the first place was pretty traumatic and I felt sick over it, but they made it 110% better. They are knowledgable, empathetic, professional, punctual, and great at communication. They have been so kind and understanding, I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Where I live in Clarksville Tennessee which is Summit Heights-Clarksville housing authority, low income apartment complex they use this company now and I must say they’re a thousand times better than what we had before very patient and knowledge and seem to be on their job and should be because their reputation as a company is on the line I have no complaints about them and thank them so much for acting fast on my issue!
