Terrible! They broke a very valuable musical instrument by stepping on it and took NO responsibility!! STAY AWAY.

Lost my contract today. Had trouble in the past and have always looked past it, but today the employee on the phone was very combative and not helpful. I decided enough is enough, and cancelled. Good luck to your future business I wish no ill will on you but I for one will not be a customer anymore.
