Don't get the steak tartare. Too plain.
Such a fun place! Grab a seat outside if you can as it can get loud inside. The kabocha croquettes are amazing!

Definitely one of my favorite places in Toronto. The staff is amazing and the ambiance is great. The food is mouthwatering. I definitely recommend saba misoni and the takoyaki.

One of the tastiest and most authentic Izakaya's I've visited outside of Tokyo. Be prepared for an extremely warm welcome as you walk in.
Food presentation, execution and service are top notch. Deep fried brie with kimchi udon noodles. Dare I say anymore?
Yellowtail tuna and squid were both fantastic. Be ready for a wall of noise when you enter. Not a place for a quiet bite to eat unless you book the deck outside. Excellent food and good fun.
