Fried chicken, bacon wrapped scallops, beef enoki mushroom wraps, salmon sashimi, takoyaki, cheese bibimbap, yakiudon are all good! Almond tofu is amazing. Black sesame ice cream is awesome too!!
Go at 5 to avoid the lineup. Friendly, enthusiastic staff. Grilled oyster was a treat, and the sashimi salad was delicious. The portions aren't very filling, but it's a cool experience overall.
The patio is nice, quiet, but you don't get the full, noisy, fun experience. Sit inside if you can.
Drink recommendations: nama gra sawa, bamboo, cherry blossom, three samurai
Go early to avoid the lines. The worser the weather, the less you'll wait - so don't be afraid of going on a rainy night.
Gomaae - hands down my favourite dish.
Eat here! Founded in Vancouver, the japanese menu is vast and the atmosphere is off the hook!!
