Douglas in sales and chuck in the finance department were exceptional. Ultimately the sales manager made the deal happen and accepted a number I felt was fair for both parties. They beat out all of the local NJ dealerships I contacted by several thousand dollars on out-the-door pricing, so I made the drive down to Maryland just to make the purchase and received the desired savings. All in all our experience was fair.. we had to fight for the price we were promised but after 2 days of back and forth and miscommunications we purchased our 2017 Jetta. Doug was our salesman and he did good. Make sure you clarify and get in writing your deal atleast 3 times... they didn't explain much and financed the wrong amount as well. Tim in financing did great at closing. Reguardless we have our brand new car and love it.

Made my first time car buying experience easy to understand, a usually tedious process was relaxing and not stressful at all. I am grateful to have had a such a good time (this was in January). I take my car to them every time I need something checked or taken care of, they treat me well each time. Even today, when nothing was wrong (I'm just paranoid), they waved the fee for inspection. A+ service every time!
