Kambiz Khadempour was helping me work a deal on a new Atlas. After he found out that I was shopping around for the best price he refused to confirm a deal we had been working on and insisted that I drive 6 hours to their dealership to finish working the deal. I told him that I wasn't going to drive that far in hopes that they would honor a deal and that they should provide me a deal sheet and I would put down a deposit before making the trip. This review was one interaction away from being a 5-star customer experience, but let me tell you why it is genuinely one of the worst dealerships I have come across. They falsely set their prices for cars to include all rebates making it look like the "lowest price in the country". The actual prices are much higher than listed very deceptive. Don't waste your time here!
I had the displeasure of coming to this establishment yesterday. I found a gorgeous car for sale here and set up an appointment for yesterday to see the car. Upon arrival, Ricardo Rodriguez was shocked to see me, saying, "The car is no longer available. I called you earlier." However, he left no message and seeing how he never actually spoke to me to relay this information, I can't possibly imagine why he looked so stunned to see me at our set appointment.
