The most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. Trust me. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them. I love VW and that is why I keep coming back. Do yourself a favor and headache, drive away from King VW. The car they sent me home with lacked a few items than the cars they showed me and advertised. I mean, same model, same year, same trim level but less factory supplied items. Financing is a joke. They show you an inaccurate credit report to charge you higher APR. Total lack of transparency with payment options on a lease ending. Were in contact for a MONTH and plans change when we get to the dealership with 0 indication. Go somewhere else.

Went to check out a used Dodge Ram 1500 at their place and upon doing a self inspection on the truck I found a rear main seal leaking on the bottom ( between the transmission and motor)...pointed that out to the salesman and he said he’ll talk to the manager about it and let me know next day. Almost a week passed and never heard back from them. I guess somehow the truck PASSED Maryland safety inspection even though that was a obvious leak. Fair and honest salespeople, good service
The absolute worst dealership, sold me a car with blown wheel bearings in the rear took it in for service under the 30 day 1,000 mile warranty. I was sent on my way when they told me it was tire cupping, the bearings are shot, both rear taillights are full of water “should not have passed Maryland inspection.” The heat does not work. The rear window wash sprays into the interior hatch of my vehicle. The car accelerates on its own “runway.” And the problems keep adding up. RecommendedPaul Myers made my dreams come true!! Not only did he deliver a fantastic deal, his customer service was outstanding. He transferred a car out of state for me to meet my requests and even switched the wheels to the ones I loved. His product knowledge was exceptional as well! I had been to 2 other dealerships and this is why I chose to drive an hour away for him. He made me feel extremely comfortable, totally upfront and no surprises!!! I can’t thank Paul enough. Wow, where do I start. The sales process was generally positive -- no complaints about Paul. But the finance department is staffed by thieves. I purchased the prepaid maintenance plan (VW Care) which Christina explained to me was cancelable and transferrable. Turns out it's not. Shame on me for not catching that in the fine print, but a finance representative really has a duty to be truthful in their communications with clients. So my $1400 in prepaid maintenance just vanished into the dealer's pocket. Congratulations Volksw... read more
