I got a job in Madison, that required me to transfer to this area. I have been trying to get linked in with a new general practitioner. I was told to call a new patient "On Boarding" line. I have called for several days and have yet, to speak to a human! I don't like to do business over the phone or on-line, when it comes to my health!! I guess I'm old school. I want to talk face to face when I am conducting business concerning my medical needs.
The staff that took care of me were really caring.
Worst hospital on the planet .....take that back worst ER on the planet .....my daughter flips her jeep 5 times and they let her lay in bed for 5 hours ....so far ....with glass all over her in her wounds and dont even know what the extent of her injuries still are at this time .....thanks but no thanks when it comes to Kings Slaughters hospital in madison In.

Arrived in the emergency room on Tuesday night (5/16) around 10 pm. Immediately the ER staff took care of me. Dr. Berry was INCREDIBLE! He was so kind and even took the time to draw a diagram for me to explain a diagnosis. The nursing staff, along with Dr. Berry were phenomenal!!!
I received excellent care. Every department gave me top notch care. The doctor was amazing and genuinely cared. The nursing staff went above and beyond their duties. Great experience all around.
