kdh is the best hospital around great doctors and nurses there I have nothing but respect for them they have helped me a lot!!!!!!!!

I've lived here most of my life. I've experienced poor service & made fun of KDH. I had to go to the ER Tuesday night (1-17-17). It was packed. I got to a room, was evaluated & admitted. The ER staff was great. The first day, I had some issues. The CEO came to my room & wanted to address each of my concerns. My nurses, techs & lab personnel were great. The food was excellent. I worked at KDH for 15 yrs. I know the docs and the nurses and they are some of the best. I have had dealings with U of L , UC, Norton. And I would take the care and cleanliness of KDH over them any day. These doctors actually care. I know some won't agree, but if you don't agree, then there's another hospital down the road you can get care at.
I have been in and out of the hospital 4-5 times since Dec. 28 and now starting Home Health Care, and I stayed mostly on the 3rd floor, and 2 days in ICU and was treated with so much kindness and care and support from the doctors, nurses, techs, labs, home health care and many others that I could never thank them enough for treating me so well. THANK YOU KDH FOR GOING OUT OF YOUR WAY AND KINDNESS YOU GAVE ME FROM A VERY GRATEFUL PATIENT....GOD BLESS YOU ALL..... Jennifer George
