Worse experience for my daughter ever. You should hire actual ER doctors. Really? Give a pregnant woman a Norco and send her out the door..million dollar facility with idiots working the Emergency Room
It took 20-25 minutes after we arrived in the room with a pain level of 8/10 to get a nurse or doctor. Then the doctor walked in and asked where the pain was. We told him and he asked again if he had past problems of kidney stones. As soon as we said yes he said ok we are going to do blood work and urine and walked out. We didn't see him again for probably a hour and a half-two hours. I have been a patient and an employee of KDH. That care is exceptional! I have also been a patient in other hospitals and can say I am proud of our hospital, physicians and staff. We are truly blessed to have great care right here! We're fortunate to have such a good employer in our community as well.
I recommend this hospital to everyone. I have even tried to get my family in Louisville to come here instead of the hospitals there. The physicians and staff and amazing. Excellent facility!
