I had a surgery yesterday and waited forever but once it started everything went fast and the doctors and nurses were awesome, also i get that other things pop up so I'm not tripping on the wait.
Just got back from Convenient Care. If I wasn't sick before I went, I'm sure I am now. Packed waiting room. My doctor had told me I should go there to rule out the possibility of a blood clot in my leg. Told them that at the front desk. After waiting half an hour, I was finally called back. After another twenty minutes or so, NP told me they didn't have the equipment to diagnose blood clot. Why didn't they tell me that at the front desk ? Now I have to pay for a service I did not receive.
Dr Eckert was great as usual. Them nurses and aides that took care of my wife, Sharon, were awesome. Even at the end, when her nerve racked husband was grumpy. Dr. Eckert, Terri, Anita, Jody, and others were extremely awesome. Thank you VERY much!! Sharon and Jerry Pflaumer
I have suffered from vertigo for a very long time. Yesterday, I went to therapy for treatment. The exercises were simple enough but very scary since they are designed to trigger an episode for proper diagnosis & that is exactly what happened. It was the worst incident of vertigo I can ever remember having. I came home & spent the rest of the day kicked back with no sudden head movements or bending over. This is why we feel the way we do! Took my spouse to the new hospital, when open, he was having stomach problems, terrible pain, Just started out of no were, well we got their, we set in the waiting ears for a hour , are longer, finally they came to get us, by this time he was worse, mind you he been paralyzed for about 36 years are longer, I got him on this very small bed like table, with hardly no padding, long story short, he was bleeding internal and waited ! I can only review Dr. Auer and his staff. I am not a person who goes to the doctor all the time. They sent me for X-rays next door when completed the X-ray technician walked me to Dr Auer's office. Dr Auer came into the room and 'fixed' all my concerns. I would recommend Dr Auer who needs an orthopedic doctor.
