I wonder how many other patients have been left sitting in their car waiting to be seen for their appointment when the staff left for the evening? I was told I couldn’t get an appointment with my GP Dr Totten for bronchitis because I was sick and had to be seen in the isolation clinic. Following their procedure I called to let them know I was there for my 4 pm appt. After 20 mins on hold phone was answered at 4:10. RecommendedThe ease of signing in when you first arrive. The front desk directs you to your office you are going to. I saw Dr Matthiessen who I liked a lot. His staff is very friendly too. I’ve had to contact the office and they are great about answering questions and returning calls if they need to.
Dr Polley and Dr. Nay are amazing. I have been without a hip for over 2 years and now I am home, up walking and doing great. I am eternally grateful for them and all their staff for getting this ol girl back up and moving.
5-27-2020 I am a senior visiting my daughter . Im frm Phenix AZ Today around 3:30pm I gt bit by a pit bull and had to go to emergency room. Ammanda RN and Melissa NP took great care of me. Bedside manr was excellent and they helped me be calm thrugh a difficult time. I did not feel any of the shots they gave me for numbing or the stitches or the tetnus shot. X RAY GIRLS WERE FRIENDLY ALSO. ThANK yOU

I'd absolutely recommend going to KDH for anything. I delivered my son last week and the entire staff of nurses in the mother baby unit were absolutely amazing hands down. from the moment I got to the hospital until the time my son and I were discharged, I couldnt havent asked for a better team to have been taken care of by. not to mention I absolutely love my ob/gyn, Dr Shirley, who is absolutely the best.
Highly professional staff working at a great, modern facility. We are blessed to have a hospital like King's Daughters' in Madison.
They will NOT allow my Service dog to be in the cafeteria. They said it’s policy because they make food there.
Tests results are held from certain departments & not given to doctors in a timely manner. Thus, making a patient suffer longer. IV’s well it felt like she was drilling for oil after 12 pokes!! Billing is a joke always paid my bills & they nearly ruined my credit. After speaking with a manager it was finally straightened out in my favor, and I received 2 apologies that was in 2016. I could literally write a novel on the negative treatment I have received & that’s a shame!
