My Lexus SC400 alternator went out while driving on Wilkesboro boulevard in Lenoir. I was able to coast my car into the parking lot at King Ford and Lincoln. The team there reacted quickly and courteous. I was informed a Master mechanic would be working on my ride. I was told when the new part arrived and my car was repaired in less than a hour! Talk about service! Even the New and Used Car and Truck Salespeople and their Manager made sure I was being helped and happy with the process. Great job King Ford! �
Purchased 15 escape. Eric the sales manager gave me a great deal right in the payment range I wanted. Josh in finance was easy to work with and polite. Have had my vehicle back in twice for service and Melissa got me in and out quickly. Paul in service helped me with a hitch and floor mats and was very knowledgeable. Would definitely buy another car there and will continue with my service and maintenance.
We went to the King Ford dealership to find a car to replace our 2000 Chevy Prizm. We were greeted and treated to fresh coffee by the salesperson, Sal. He showed us a 2009 Focus which we ended up buying. It was a very pleasant experience and I recommend them highly.
Add far as the service and parts department goes, i was impressed with the amount of hospitality I recurves received! Sales floor personnel, not so much! Will buy parts and service needs here, but probably not any vehicles!
