I went to King ford yesterday to just have them check the tag light to see if it could be replaced nothing was fixed they just looked at it and changed me $124. And was told the $124 was for labor which took 5 mins. They will SCAM anybody. Then they told me it would cost $300 to fix a light !! Really. And the 124 would go towards the $300 when they fixed it Sorry but I will never go back cause I don’t trust or believe any Carlot that would change $124 just to look at not fix a car. SCAMMERS. I recently had two of my vehicles serviced here at King Ford. I found their prices to be competitive. I was very happy with the service department who went above and beyond what I expected. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.
I recently moved to the area and everyone has told me how horrible the Chevy dealer was so I decided to try this place to have my service done. They have a great service team and office staff that was able to confirm their knowledge of my truck. I was super happy they did not try selling me items I did not need and done a great job with tires,oil changes, etc. The price was even cheaper than Wilmington area.
I would most definitely not do business with these pathetic liars that take advantage of people. Brought my car in for break repair a few months ago. Said they was fixed. I never felt that they had. A few months later my car quits on the way to church, no warning whatsoever. Took it to king ford kept it for repairs for four days said it was the power train, got a call told me it was under warranty but...... ABS module was the cause and it was 900.00 not warranty. Excellent service from everyone! Worked with me when my husband was in the hospital and picked up/delivered my car before and after servicing it. Not many would do that. Also, the same when air bag had to be replaced. Love these guys and they do excellent work! King Ford/Lincoln only one for me.
