I took my 2010 Ford Escape to King Ford because of a recall last week. I requested an oil change also. After service was done, I went to pick my car up and was told the recall part had been ordered! I was also told that it would be 2-3 days for that part to come in. As of tomorrow Thursday February 22 it will have been a week and my car still isn’t fixed.
I purchased my F250 there and have it services every time that it needed service and there has been times that some of the service that they told me it was under warranty which save me quite a few dollars I would recommend them to anyone

Thank you Bill Wilfong for the way you and Eric your sales manager treated my wife and I.The way we were treated that snowing day makes us glad we didn’t make the mistake and buy the 2012 Mercedes S550 from King Ford. We could not test drive the vehicle but knew we couldn’t because of snow. We agreed on a price and said we would come back and drive the car on Saturday. My husband & I went to trade in our car, stayed there for over a hour just for them to tell us that they would call me later that evening to let us know what they worked out. Mind you this was on a Tuesday morning, never heard nothing from them that day so next morning I called left my name & number with the lady twice! Then when I called back the 3rd she hung up on me!!!
