They were excellent! I gave them list of flowers I wanted in arrangement and design guidelines which they turned into the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. Top class customer service - had complicated delivery instructions in order for the gift to be a true surprise and it went off perfectly. In addition, the emailed to let me know it was successfully delivered without detection! Outstanding floral design and service!
