I originally got my membership so that I could work out on my own, but then I saw people taking BodyPump so I decided to try it out. Now that's the main reason I go to the gym! BodyFlow is another class I love. The teachers are amazing and so encouraging. And my son has a great time at Kidnetix while I'm breaking a sweat in class.
I agree with Margie and Dave. Kinetix is a total rip-off. They will lie to you about their membership that you can cancell at anytime, but afterwards, they'll deny you flat. I just wish, I didn't have to give a star.
