Not happy with the customer service characteristics, too busy to give real care, ......
I was a patient here for 3 weeks while I received TPN and a complex regimen of antibiotics. All the people I dealt with--doctors, nurses, techs, administrators--were friendly, caring, professional, and willing to work with me in making sure that I had everything I wanted and needed. Everything was exceptionally clean. I hope to never need such hospitalization again, but if I did I would have no hesitation in going back to Kindred in the Heights.
I love this place, I really do, the help is very professional, the food is great and the service is excellent!
My wife has been there for 3 weeks and we love this place. Large private rooms, clean new facility, friendly and attentive staff...almost like a resort except for the medical stuff. The food is provided by a Luby's Cafeteria on the third floor and it is open to the public and family members like me. Much better than your typical hospital food!! An over all great experience.
