RecommendedI had a very good experience and the Wound Care Coordinator Trina Moore took great care of me. She was very knowledgeable and caring. I felt comfortable and confident of the wound care team. I would recommend family and friends. Happy holidays!
You will not find a better ICU team. Karen and Tanna have taken excellent care of my mother, and made her feel very safe & secure. The rehab and wound care have also been top notch. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing this type of recovery services.

I CAN HONESTLY SAY THIS IS THE BEST HOSPITAL.. Every Nurse and Staff and Doctors have taken extremely excelente Great Care of my mom and my family.. They all take the time to inform us of every single thing that's going on with my mom and the decisions they are doing to get my mom feeling better. Dr. Garcia made the best choice to Send us here.. The wonderful staff and the care that was given to my father. The director accommodated our family on Thanksgiving. We were able to share Thanksgiving with our Father in the facility and that meant the world to us.
Everyone is very good very nice the people here the clean up people nurses and doctors. All the staff made special efforts to keep my moms food cold to keep it from spoiling
This was my first time at any Kindred Hospital but I chose Kindred Hospital The Heights because I live in that neighborhood and it was right behind the Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital where my journey with my infection started. I have been in one other hospital of it's type (Select Specialty Hospitals in Houston) and pretty much knew what to expect. Dr. Garcia, Dr. W, Jennifer/ Case Manager, Ebony/ Cheif Nursing Officer, Jessie Gilmore/Admission Coordinator and Julie Carrillo/ Wound Care Nurse. They were so caring and compassionate during the time of my love one stay at Kindred Hospital Heights. My family member have been there several times and they have been very attentive to the needs of the patient. A special shout out to Julie Carrillo, she has healed a wound once again for my love one.
