RecommendedKindred Hospital in South Philadelphia took exceptional care of my best friend! The nursing staff was very friendly and responsive and the doctors were great! Can't say enough great things about this facility.
The care given here is beyond anything I expected. There has been nothing but a constant effort by everyone to please and to make me as comfortable as humanly possible. I am so grateful for all the wonderful care shown me.
My stay was very good. The nursing staff is outstanding. I'd definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for an LTACH. (Long Term Acute Care Hospital) The therapy team, both physical and occupational therapy were excellent. The food was good too but not enough portion. Overall I'd give 5 stars to this great facility.
4.5 out of 5 for some logistical issues because it's a tough place to get to but I'll round up to 5 for the wonderful people I've encountered. All of the staff were very helpful and responsive. For someone who needs this level of care we would definitely recommend this facility due to the comprehensive care and the staff who are compassionate and responsive to any questions or concerns we had.
My experiences here at Kindred Hospital have all been positive. The intensive care staff are experts at what they do. They are always alert and attentive to patient's needs. The medical staff on the third floor also have a high level of expertise. The doctors are all attentive and alert to the needs of those in their care. My stay at Kindred was great. I had great therapy. The whole hospital stay was more than adequate.
This hospital is a well oiled machine. The people are great. I have never had a single problem with anyone who works here. The CNA's, nurses, respiratory therapists and other staff members are all excellent. I would recommend to anyone who needs extended medical care.
I've had two stays at Kindred South Philadelphia this year, both for additional Physical and Occupational Therapy upon discharge from Temple University Hospital. The second time included a few days in the Intensive Care Unit as well. I really only have positive things to say about Kindred as both the staff and facility are excellent. The nurses, CNAs, physical therapy and occupational therapy teams as well as physicians are excellent. We highly recommend Kindred. Our daughter arrived at Kindred after two weeks in ICU recovering from ARDS to begin the decannulation process. The entire Kindred team was caring, patient and supportive to both our daughter and our family. The nursing staff, doctors, therapists, administrators and support staff were all friendly and kind.
