Courteous staff and sweet nurses and doctors. Always willing to explain procedures.
The nurses and staff are wonderful. I spent a week at HCA North West Hospital and was apprehensive to be moved to a long term acute care facility. My first day admitted at least 5 administrators came to welcome me. There was never a moment where I needed somethisng that they couldn't help me with or get for me. The nurses, house keeping and dietary went above and beyond to help me enjoy my stay. They were constantly checking up and making sure I was comfortable. Kindred saved my husband’s life! Rosie is our favorite nurse. She prayed with us before a crucial procedure. Praise the Lord, Tim came through with flying colors. Truly, all of the nurses have been helpful. Dave from respiratory and Jason from speech pathology could not be better at what they do. I highly recommend Kindred Northwest for anyone needing ICU care.
This is a nice hospital Wonderful amazing people they are. Always taking care of their patients.The food is good . Overall I would highly recommend this hospital.
