RecommendedMy mother was staying in the ICU at this facility for 6 weeks. The security staffs, nurses, doctors, custodians, and all staffs there were friendly, polite, helpful, & responsively care for my mom with their hearts regardless with the present of my family or not. kindred northwest is a family friendly place. the nurses and the case management were helpful and very respectful. I would recommend to anyone.
The professionals here know there specialty well. There are some issues like lack of motivation by cna’s that should be addressed especially on night shift but most are good. I’ve been here for 3 weeks and the service has been good. Good could be improved. They keep the room clean and there always pleasant. The woundcare has been very good, they are very knowledgeable and informative. One of the nurses name Comfort always ready to learn and embraces her job with zeal.

When I was first told I had to come to this hospital I was happy, just wanted to go home. But after arriving the staff was really nice, and extremely attentive. Everyone that entered the rice always talked to me and wasn’t in a rush. The case manager Shaneka came to visit me anytime I had questions she took the time to answer and make things clear for me. I am here at kindred Northwest sitting with a patient we've been here for about 3 weeks. the nurses are awesome. they are all so nice . they take really good care of the patients. the place is always clean. I would refer anyone to come here.
I like it here all the nurses and staff have been very sweet..
I would definitely refer anyone to come to this facility if they needed to come. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It’s always kept clean and it’s quiet which makes it easy to rest. Charles in Rehab was so helpful and his manners are perfect I enjoyed working with him. Thank u to all the staff for all your help
