I was not too crazy about Kindred at first, but some of the staff made it a comfortable experience for my Dad. Romeo, by far, the BEST nurse there. From the time he walks in, until the time he leaves, we know my Dad is in excellent care. He takes care of all hid needs, keeps the room clean, helps feed him, if he needs it and always let's us know what's going on with him. Thank you so much Romeo �������
My Dad has been in ICU at Kindred Northwest for 6 weeks. We have been extremely pleased with his care. He was transferred here from North Cypress Medical Center with a newly placed trach and in need of more long term care. He is now eating, talking, working on mobility, and ready to leave ICU. Their program is exactly what he needed, and his nurses have educated us every step of the way. Great professional day staff. There are several nurses that I think are attentive, friendly, caring and know their job well.
Everyone here has been awesome! All the Dr's, nurses, cna's, and therapist all wonderful and truly care!! The only thing that could be better is the food. But overall a nice place!

I would definitely recommend this place to any and all family and friends. Mom's smile is all I need.
We chose this LTC hospital because two of our doctors see patients here. Once here nurses and CNA’s were very helpful. Administration and staff were very helpful. But the food is lacking.
Nursing staff and all others, office, cafeteria, cleaning, etc. are an A to me. Clean environ and helpful and helpful attentive staff.
