My father has been in care of Kindred Houston Northwest since July. To say it has been extremely difficult would be a complete understatement. Due to the Covid pandemic we have not been able to see him or be by his side.... although we have not been to the hospital in person I will say that the nurses have been so kind in communicating the latest updates, concerning my dad. It he stay at kindred was a very good experience. I stayed 35 days and it was as enjoyable as it could be. The food was from Lubbys and was good hospital food . They staff looked after all my needs , got me healed so I could go home

My dad has been here at kindred northwest for over a month now. My family and I feel like he is recovering and doing a lot better with the help of these physicians and the staff. His patient Relations Rep Schelitia Oshodi has been a blessing. She make sure we have the chance to speak with and FaceTime my dad everyday. This place is a Plus for me I would refer someone here , and actually already have referred someone here , my brother in law and he is here right now The staff is really and very friendly. I can do without the food, what I do like is that they let people bring food in. It’s always clean. Staff make you feel at home. I love my doctors. the one on one care has been wonderful. the doctors have been great, any concerns if had the doctors respond quickly as well as many of the nurses.the dialysis staff has been great ms Paula is very timely, very thorough and as she does her treatments she explains things and never leaves. dialysis is new to me so the explanations really helped. therapy staff are excellent. very compassionate people.

The staff was very nice and had a lot of services. The respiratory is so responsive they were wonderful. Patricia and Jackie at night I were very fast to come and very cheerful and skilled. Thanks for doing a great job and not to mention they were loving.

The food is good, good nutrition is essential for healing. The rehab department, both OT AND PT IS EXCELLENT . They are doing a great job to get me back on my feet. The nursing staff are caring and they are always willing to help.

I do not recommend Houston Kindred NW their business practices are flawed.. Any business that doesn’t speak up on a 6year vet injured workers behalf knowing that a work injury occurred on their grounds.. will cover up negligence and abuse of patients. Also commit fraud against Medicare and Medicaid .
