My mother dead here. I believed she could of live longer. The lack of negligence and unclean material. Not keeping patient clean. My mother would look greasy. Some of the nurses there are rude and very mean to my and my family when we called. Would not give us any closure on her conditions sometimes and ask us to contact the doctors. The doctors rarely answered there calls. I am very sad and depress everyday because of this place. Thinking if I had put her somewhere else she might stay with us longer. The staff is very attentive to me, very informative butI’m ready to go home. They keep it nice and clean. The staff is very caring. There are other great nurses here but the one that stands out right now would be Courtney, Charles in therapy as well was really patient and nice as well.

The staff here are very friendly especially lakenya, Barbra , Linda and Clara . lakenya and clara are so good they do most everything by themselves except pull me up. Only had a couple of not so friendly ones, but the good out way the bad. Administration response well to my concerns and always come to check on me everyday.

This facility gets these stars because of what I experienced. First and foremost it's clean. Secondly, I'm receiving exceptional care. I would come back, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs long term care.

I love the way all the people over me are taking care of me. their so good to me.i couldn't be in a better place. special thanks to Anita Thomas is one of the best ever. you dont have to wait ahead always there and she is polite she is a Star for sure. Jenny in therapy is also awesome she does anything she can that make you work hard and make you smile. funmi is so good to me. schelitia is so awesome she looks out for me she is good people like a dedicated friend. The food here is also good. they keep my room clean
